Headspace, the mindfulness app that provides guided meditations and various other methods to assist users in stress reduction, concentration enhancement, and better sleep, is going to the extended reality with a new VR app for the Meta Quest 3, which is going to be launched today.
Picture yourself putting on a VR headset and getting immersed in a virtual playground where you can do relaxation techniques, guided meditation and movement exercises, which will help you feel more serene than when you began.
Headspace XR emerges as a new Meta Quest application giving users the options of moving, playing, meditating, exploring, and going on adventures with their friends or alone. The app makes a fun and interesting game with mindful activities that are good for relaxing the mind, for example, breathing techniques, mood reporting, and specific meditations.
Some of the experiences are – a playground to be explored, a Moodstream with colorful bubbles to show the feelings, a tree house, an energy dome, Power ups and a Free Flow burst play option.
Players can interact with their friends in Headspace XR, show their mood, decide on the activity they want to do, and take a look at the virtual world at their own pace. The app is made for the users to effortlessly include the mindfulness techniques in their daily routine, thus, they become fun for one to adopt.
